About Mathematics Department:
The Department of Mathematics at our college was established in 1998 with an
initial enrolment of 48 intermediate-level students. Currently, it offers
Honours and Generic Elective programs at the undergraduate level alongside
intermediate classes. Despite the rural location, our students are known for
their dynamism, regularity and sincerity.
The department organizes 2-4 seminars annually, including national-level events.
We maintain our own library, housing an ample collection of books and journals
from reputable publishers. Additionally, we possess a well-equipped laboratory
with the latest computer systems and software, including MATLAB, Python,
MS-Office 2019, C++ and LaTeX, extensively used for research work.
Our department is supported by two highly qualified faculty members:
